Job Description
Position: Area Sales manager / Business Development Manager (Individual Contributor)
Location: Vadodra
Area Coverage: Entire Vadodra, upto 80 km radius
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the expansion of the regional network as an individual contributor.
- Drive franchisee development to support network growth.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances to meet expansion targets.
- Thoroughly understand company offerings, competitors, and client needs to drive sales.
- Research target markets, identify potential leads, and pursue opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and growth objectives.
- Prepare proposals and contracts with a focus on maximizing profitability.
- Identify, negotiate, and finalize agreements for establishing Dialysis centers in Class A & B Hospitals.
- Onboard and collaborate with Nephrologists for service delivery.
- Work closely with the marketing team and actively participate in industry conferences.
- Engage with government bodies to support project execution.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Promote PD (Peritoneal Dialysis) and HHD (Home Hemodialysis) within the market.
- Generate, nurture, and mature leads for CAPD & HHD services.
- Coordinate events and initiatives to promote CAPD & HHD.
- Be prepared to travel frequently, with 70% travel required for this role.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate with 2-5 years of experience in Healthcare, Pharma, or Consulting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth market knowledge with an understanding of P&L management.
- Proven ability to network and influence key decision-makers.
- Experience in legal drafting and contract management.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively (70% travel involved).
