Job Description
Position: Area Manager – Institutional Sales
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Reports To: Business Head
Product Segment: In-vitro Diagnostics
Responsibilities:
The selected Individual would be responsible for fulfilling these:
- To increase the market share of Company’s products in government institutions.
- To retain existing business and augment sales volume in government institutions.
- Create new businesses through new customers/ avenues.
- To handle all product related queries.
- Collection of payment after sales.
- To arrange and execute client calls and meetings.
- To achieve Quarterly/ Half yearly/ Annual sales targets.
- Developing annual sales plans, strategies to enhance competitive position and customer needs.
- Maintaining good positive relations with business partners & regular follow up with customers. Build & sustain relationship with customers.
- To motivate, support & coordinate with his team for overall operational Efficiency.
- To travel extensively across the assigned geography.
Mandatory Requisites:
● Experience: Minimum 5 Years of experience (2+ years in IVD sales is preferred)
● Education: Graduate or Post-graduate in Life Science
● Skills:
○ Strong communication skills. ○ Good knowledge and contact with Distributors to establish strong distribution channel.
○ Thorough knowledge about the Geography.
○ Excellent Man Management skills.
○ Positive approach Committed to establish new business. ○ Good Knowledge of Local market & Travel Extensively across the assigned areas.
