Regional Area Manager Vehicle

 

Your tasks

 

As area manager in our Mobility business unit, you will be responsible for operational sales and results for our testing services, test services and certification services in the automotive sector.

 

You always keep an eye on the market in your area and initiate appropriate measures in close cooperation with our sales department.

 

They support the organization of trade fairs, exhibitions and events in the area.

 

As the manager of the technical staff in the area, you ensure the deployment of staff in our vehicle inspection centers and the further development of your staff.

 

The personnel responsibility is 2 up to 4 test engineers work at each test center.

The area manager takes on the technical and disciplinary management of the employees.

 

You always keep an eye on the satisfaction of our customers and implement customer-related actions.

 

The area corresponds to a radius of approx. 50 km and includes various (3 to 4) test centers.

 

Of the activities 70% are business trips and 30% office / home office.

 

your profile

 

German Language Level C1 

 

Ideally a test engineer or officially recognized expert aaS / oP.

 

Professional experience in the official vehicle inspection in the mobile service or on a test part.

 

Leadership ability.

 

Teamwork.

 

Basic business knowledge.

 

Customer orientation and service orientation.
