Key Responsibilities
• Lead B2B sales activities across Pan India by promoting company products and solutions
• Understand customer technical and commercial requirements and propose cost effective solutions
• Engage with existing and potential clients to identify needs and recommend suitable products
• Coordinate with internal production teams to communicate customer requirements
• Follow up on proposals, secure purchase orders, and ensure order closure
• Track order execution, coordinate dispatch, and ensure proper documentation
• Manage payment follow ups and ensure timely collections
• Maintain regular communication with clients to build long term relationships
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and MIS reports
• Represent the company in field visits and strengthen market presenceExperience and Qualifications
• B Tech or M Tech in Chemical, Biotech, or Mechanical Engineering
• BSc or MSc in Biotech, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Genetics
• Prior experience in B2B industrial or technical sales preferred
• Strong communication skills with fluency in Kannada, English, Telugu, and Hindi
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and execution ability
• Familiarity with MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in client handling, negotiations, and solution selling
