A global MNC headquartered in Lahore is looking to recruit a high potential female for one of their most important and prized position of Area Sales Manager for Central region and managing a team of 6 Field Sales Executives. The incumbent will report into Sales Center Manager and responsible for the delivery of sales operations objectives, including availability, growth in market share and driving top and bottom line growth. The role provides the individual a great opportunity for high visibility, great networking and to fast track their career with the expectation of them having moved to their next leadership role (Sales Manager) within 1 to 2 years.
The individual should have 4 to 6 years of total experience with at least 3 to 4 years of functional experience in the FMCG sector with some exposure to distribution management, retail management, and market development and execution. They must demonstrates an understanding of Route to Market philosophy, Sales Force Effectiveness parameters, and principles of revenue growth management and execution.
