Title-Area Sales Manager
Industry-Medical Devices
Location-Lucknow
Role and Responsibilities:
- To drive the sales strategy through Customer/KOL Engagement.
- Customer relationship management: Relationship with purchase managers of all the leading hospitals in the region. Good relationships with the Intervention Cardiologists in the region.
- Technical Support: To handle Cathlab and Excimer lasers case support and lead extraction.
- Marketing initiatives in the region: Involved in the collection of market information through on market share of products versus competition in the assigned territories.
- Serious drive for the results. Serious growth of the area in the previous organization.
- Good communication skills.
Requisite Skills:
- A proven track record of 10+ years of experience, preferably from the Cardiovascular segment.
- B.Pharma / Science graduate/ any equivalent qualification with an MBA – Good to have.
- Recent experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical and creative mind
