We are looking for driven team members who are motivated to work in an exciting, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment to help launch and drive our Maternal and Child Care portfolio.
Products include:
1) Saans (Emergency/Neonatology) – an infrastructure- and skill-independent Neonatal CPAP to provide short-term breathing support for babies with RDS in both transport and hospital settings
2) Fetal Lite (ObGyn) – a next-gen, ECG-based, low-skill Fetal Heart Rate monitor for women in labor
Broad Responsibilities:
Sales Turnover
- Sell products within the designated territory
- Lead generation and competitive conversions
- Able to negotiate and close sales deals
- Plan and execute demand generation activities
- Data tracking and reporting
Territory Management
- Develop an understanding of customer needs to identify sales opportunities
- Identify tender/contract opportunities and work with colleagues to deliver
- Identify and train users on new technologies and solutions through one-on-one sales calls, one-to-many training sessions
- Prepare a plan to optimize key account development and sales growth
Distribution Management
- Develop/implement distribution network for assigned territory
- Actively manage the distribution network to drive product leads, product demos, and sales
- Ensure distributor health is as per agreed guidelines
Qualification, Experience and Characteristics:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience from healthcare industry with proven track record of sales delivery
- Candidates with Pediatrics or ObGyn experience preferred
- Candidates with low-value Capital selling experience preferred
- Entrepreneurial Mindset- inclination and ability to get hands dirty and work in a constantly changing and fast-growing environment
- The ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams.
