• Designation: AREA SALES MANAGER
• No. of Positions: 3
• Location: Hyderabad, Calicut, Cochin
• Reporting To: Regional Manager
• Product Segment: Cardiovascular & Respiratory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 100% Penetration of the assigned geography.
• Meeting daily call plans & weekly / monthly targets.
• Dealer/Channel appointment and management for ensure supplies.
• Primary & secondary sales analysis and plan strategies accordingly.
• Track and monitor account-wise, product-wise & customer-wise sales contributions.
• Building equity with the key customers and create a list of KOLs.
• Monitor Competitor’s activities in the assigned area.
• Attain technical knowledge by participating in various training programs.
• Collaborate with the product specialists, therapy application specialists and ensure sales growth.
• KOL management.
• Achieve the desired goals of the area and support the region.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:        

• Bachelor/ Diploma degree in Engineering/Science graduate. Management qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years of total sales experience. Preference for local candidates.
• Experience in pharma/disposable device sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Personal qualities:
  • Age- 25 to 30 Years.
  • Knowledge of demography.
  • Knowledge of local language.
