- Designation: AREA SALES MANAGER
- No. of Positions: 3
- Location: Hyderabad, Calicut, Cochin
- Reporting To: Regional Manager
- Product Segment: Cardiovascular & Respiratory.
- 100% Penetration of the assigned geography.
- Meeting daily call plans & weekly / monthly targets.
- Dealer/Channel appointment and management for ensure supplies.
- Primary & secondary sales analysis and plan strategies accordingly.
- Track and monitor account-wise, product-wise & customer-wise sales contributions.
- Building equity with the key customers and create a list of KOLs.
- Monitor Competitor’s activities in the assigned area.
- Attain technical knowledge by participating in various training programs.
- Collaborate with the product specialists, therapy application specialists and ensure sales growth.
- KOL management.
- Achieve the desired goals of the area and support the region.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor/ Diploma degree in Engineering/Science graduate. Management qualification will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years of total sales experience. Preference for local candidates.
- Experience in pharma/disposable device sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Personal qualities:
- Age- 25 to 30 Years.
- Knowledge of demography.
- Knowledge of local language.
