Territory Sales Manager – Orthopaedics

Job Responsibilities:
• Drive territory sales and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Promote orthopaedic implants and surgical solutions across assigned hospitals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and purchase teams
• Provide hands-on OT support during surgical procedures
• Identify and develop new hospital accounts within the territory
• Conduct territory mapping and planned customer visits
• Monitor competitor activity and implement market expansion strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order execution and inventory management
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports
Criteria:
• 2–6 years of experience in Orthopaedics / Implants / Bone & Joint / Spine / Arthroscopy sales
• Strong network with orthopaedic surgeons in the assigned geography
• Mandatory experience in OT case handling
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel within the territory
