Job Description
Responsibilities
- Operations: Ensure smooth cargo execution, handling shipment , timely delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Procurement: A ir freight procurement to optimize costs, generate revenue, and coordinate with airlines to stay informed on market trends and capacity
- Pricing : Manage pricing /RFQ requests to gain business & grow business.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring service quality.
- Problem Solving: Quickly resolve operational issues and manage risks.
- Customer Service : Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Team Leadership: Manage and support the operations team to meet performance standards.
- Cost Control: Monitor and optimize budget, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and customs reqpuirements.
- Billing Management: Ensure accurate and timely billing in alignment with company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- RFQ filing: Update the monthly/weekly rate sheet for customers to support the overseas in gaining new orders.

Other Skills We Hope To See
- 6-8 Years Freight Forwarding experience
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory, a Master’s in Business Administration/Internation Business/Logistics preferred
- Should have expertise in air freight operations, Regulations, cost management, and market analysis, Developed strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze numerical data and understand components, relationships, find patterns and draw conclusions.
- Basic knowledge of CargoWise preferred
- Basic knowledge of freight movement, air vendors, air space configurations, container loads, special loading constraints, regulatory requirements, pricing, service routings, AIT product offerings, equipment types, incoterms, and shipment profitability.
- Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written requests/directions.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with a variety of people can effectively present information in one-on-one settings.
- Time management is extremely important to meet customer deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
