Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Project standards (use appropriate tools, conduct ongoing meetings and follow the plans developed);
- Coordinate, collect and consolidate project related information;
- Provide general support and lead the Project management team to improve the effectiveness of the Project;
- Carry out work planning and workload estimation;
- Monitor the budget during the execution phase;
- Oversee the quality and timeliness of the deliverables;
- Identify possible risks and coordinate the implementation of mitigation activities;
- Inform the participants of the Project on a regular basis about the status update;
- Properly organise the workflow and regularly update the archive of data and documents of the Project;
- Plan, coordinate and conduct meetings of the Project;
- Prepare and circulate meeting minutes and reports;
- Prepare materials for presentations and communicate the progress of the Project.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Minimum of 3 years project management experience;
- Good communication skills (written and verbal);
- Understanding of methodology, project management tools;
- English proficiency at upper-intermediate level;
- Experienced in Excel.
