Role of the position:

• Preparing quarterly reconciliation acts with counterparties (customers, suppliers, customs and tax authorities), including communicating with counterparties and other departments to obtain data for reconciliation
• Preparing base calculations for bonuses to customers, including communication with customers and sales department, getting acts of bonuses and acts of mutual settlements from sales department, checking and scanning for SAP
• Reviewing contracts / POs with counterparties (buyers and suppliers)
• Participating in US GAAP month-end close processes, including preparation of logs for uploading to SAP
• Submission of currency control documentation and reconciliation of SAP and bank data on counterparties
• Participating in RAS closing processes along with deputy chief accountant, including cost calculation
• Collecting documentation on export clients for currency control and tax authorities
• Preparation of statistical reports (P-1, P-3, 5-З, P-2, P-6, 1-PI, statistical report to the Federal Customs Service, etc.)

Important:

• Higher professional education
• At least 1 year of accounting experience
• Experience in SAP (will be an advantage)
• English proficiency - Intermediate or higher.
