Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Associate Consultant – R&D Hiring to join our Noida office.
This role focuses on hiring Design Engineers, Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, and Design Quality Engineers for R&D and Engineering teams across Medical Devices, Automotive, Aerospace, and Consumer Durable industries.
You’ll be part of a highly productive and profitable desk, working directly with clients and candidates to build high-performing engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for R&D roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Market Research & Mapping: Develop a deep understanding of R&D functions, organizational structures, and talent pools.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top engineering talent through headhunting, networking, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
- Client Interaction: Liaise with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role specifications and align candidate profiles accordingly.
- CRM & Database Management: Use Antal’s in-house CRM effectively to manage candidate pipelines, build marketing campaigns, and track performance.
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Leverage candidate and market interactions to generate new client leads within the R&D domain.
- Networking & Branding: Participate in online communities, recruitment forums, and social media activities to strengthen brand presence and attract niche talent.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in technical or R&D recruitment, preferably in product or engineering companies.
- Strong understanding of roles in Design, Systems, Software, Verification & Validation, and Quality Engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Strong analytical thinking and an ability to understand complex job requirements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, HR, or related fields.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred but not mandatory.
