Our client, a leading US based e-commerce organization having their Global Innovation Center set up in Chennai, is looking for an Associate Data Science Manager to manage a dynamic data science team and drive data-driven decisions.

About the role:

As an Associate Data Science Manager, you'll lead and mentor a dynamic team of data scientists, igniting exceptional growth and innovation. Your role involves defining and prioritizing projects in alignment with our client's strategic goals, crafting advanced analytical models, and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms to enhance performance. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that the client's data science initiatives translate into tangible business growth, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Working Model: Work From Office / Hybrid

Requirements:

• Overall 7-13 years of experience in IT with atleast 4 years of experience in Data Science
• Good experience leading and managing a team for atleast 1-2 years.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages with a strong knowledge of various Machine Learning models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
