Location - Bengaluru (Remote) ; Experience - 9 to 13 years
Candidate with experience in Pharma Analytics, Data Analytics and Client facing Delivery role who has strong technical expertise in Regression, Machine Learning, Classification, Time series and knowledge of various analytics tools (R/SAS/Python/SPSS etc.) is preferred.
• Designing strategy and roadmap for building analytics capabilities of large organizations
• Leading a portfolio of multiple cross-functional and cross-vertical client engagement teams
• Implementing delivery best practices in client engagements to ensure top-notch solution
execution
• Building, mentoring, and nurturing high-performance delivery teams
• Building relationships with the clients and be identified as a trusted partner to provide
solutions to their challenges and help achieve their outcomes
• Creating sales proposals and pitching the idea & services to attract new clients and grow the engagements pipeline
• Providing thought leadership and execution of strategic initiatives as hiring, learning etc. to
create niche offerings
• Mentoring and enabling Delivery Mangers (s) and leads to design, develop, and execute
solutions for complex business problems
• Responsible for overall delivery quality and engage in frequent solution reviews to ensure
top notch delivery to customers
• Mentoring and enabling Engagement Manager(s) and leads to develop and execute plans
which help in continuously growing engagements, improving delivery quality and ensuring
employee wellness
• Acting as the bridge between Leadership and Delivery teams to ensure exchange of ideas,
opinions and concerns flow smoothly to-and-fro
• Liaising with leadership team to develop engagement roadmap to enable long
term planning, target setting and provide visibility into engagement health
• Tracking and reporting health of the client engagement including (not limited to) – Delivery
Quality, Growth Visibility, Employee Wellness, Customer Satisfaction, Financial targets and
Operational KPIs
• Experience of working on and managing analytics projects and initiatives, preferably
around 10+ years. Client facing roles, if any would be preferable
• Strong technical expertise (Regression, Machine Learning, Classification, Time series
etc.) and knowledge of various analytics tools (R/SAS/Python/SPSS etc.)
• Ability to review/design and critique technical solutions
• Clarity of thought and ability to structure & manage large scale analytics programs- in
terms of people, methodology and operations
