What you'll need to succeed
- recent graduate with a go-getting attitude.
- No previous recruitment experience is needed but sales is preferred.
- Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced inclusive environment.
- Emotional intelligence, after all, we are dealing with people.
- Relationship focused with the confidence to build strong networks.
- A desire to learn about new things you've never heard of before is a must.
- You are a quick learner with an ambitious mindset: To get an insight into the people we recruit, you should know that most of our top performers joined without prior recruitment experience.
The challenge:
- Maintain relationships with our existing clients, as well as conducting business development calls to win new businesses.
- Build and grow a portfolio of clients to understand their current or future recruitment needs.
- Sourcing candidates using databases, social media, etc.
- Employing recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g., job advertising).
- Evaluating resumes and application.
- Take responsibility of pre-interview screening.
- Candidate engagement - identify and attract potential candidates.
- Interview candidates to understand their requirements and best client fit.
- Supporting both client and candidates through the interview and offer stage.
