Roles & Responsibilties:

• Deploy and distribute infrastructure and platform agents for Aternity or other Experience Management applications (on-prem or SaaS solutions).
• Design and develop functional specs and automation solutions using Aternity or similar scripting languages to improve IT service delivery and reduce incidents.
• Utilize automation tools like PowerShell, SCCM, GPOs, and JAMF to streamline administrative tasks on Windows and Macintosh systems.
• Integrate with Aternity platform APIs to automate operational support processes.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in highly available Aternity/Nexthink environments.
• Configure and report relevant Key Performance Indicators for monitoring Aternity/Nexthink solution health.
• Collaborate with client engineering and operational teams to debug and resolve issues related to Aternity/Nexthink deployments.
• Maintain documentation of processes, environments, and run books for Aternity/Nexthink platform/solutions.

Requirements:

• Total 3-8 yrs of experience in IT space
• Experience as a System Administrator in workplace/end-user computing environments using Microsoft SCCM or Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/SCCM).
• Experience in Shell/PowerShell or LiteSQL/SQL-like scripting/development.
• Experience in coding/scripting runbooks utilizing RESTful APIs.
• Strong design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting experience with end-user devices and workplace systems.
• Min 3 yrs of exp in Aternity/Nexthink implementation (for candidates with 5-8 of total exp)
