Job Description
- Manage a team of Automation Developers and other support roles who are responsible for delivering Infrastructure and Security automation projects and generating new automation opportunities in the areas of focus.
- Lead with identifying and automating the customer organisations infrastructure and security processes using Intelligent Automation (IA) including, technologies such RPA, Cognitive, Chat Bots and Voice Bots.
- Responsible for providing technical & subject matter expertise and support to the sales teams selling automation to potential customers
- Work closely with the sales managers, automation architects, and consultants to understand the customer’s needs, challenges, and goals, and propose the best automation solution that meets their requirements and expectations
- Conduct research and analysis on the market trends, customer segments, and competitors in the automation domain
- Develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and proof-of-concepts for automation solutions to the sales team and potential customers
- Provide Presales training and mentoring to the sales team and customers on the automation products and services, and resolve any technical issues or queries that may arise
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Must Have Experience
- Exposure to Complete Automation Assessments across all functions to identify processes suitable for Automation and lead on taking suitable processes through the Automation Development Life Cycle
- Minimum of 5 years of Presales Experience
- Proven capability of building teams
- Strong Robotic Process Automation management experience / knowledge
- Strong Infrastructure/Operational automation background.
- Able to influence at Executive/Senior level of customers to drive decisions
- Proven leadership capability and stakeholder management
- Strong Process Improvement background
- Able to develop innovate automation ideas and turn them into viable solutions
- Able to implement solutions and quickly overcome barriers to deliver tangible benefits
- Knowledge of at least one Orchestrator tool experience
- Ability to communicate and work directly with senior leadership team members of other practices to drive solutions and innovation for customers/prospects
