This is a high-impact role supporting global treasury activities including funding, collateral, and investment operations. Candidates with prior experience in capital markets, funding operations, and collateral management are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide trade and operational support for Global Treasury’s asset and liability management teams.
• Execute repo/reverse repo transactions and manage related securities transfers.
• Perform static data maintenance, valuations monitoring, exception handling, and reconciliation.
• Support collateral transformation operations in line with approved risk and control frameworks.
• Collaborate with global teams on process improvements and project implementation.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and provide SME support to team members.
• Lead operational risk reviews and support business continuity planning.

Requirements

• 13+ years of experience in Treasury Operations, preferably within financial institutions or investment banks.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets operations, collateral management, and financial instruments.
• Proven ability to work in a global, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with experience in exception handling and root cause analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Candidate must have 

• Familiarity with regional regulations, data governance, and risk reporting.
• Experience leading or participating in system and process enhancement projects.
• Prior exposure to global funding and liquidity management operations.
