What you need to do:
Work in the development and support team of the Restaurant Operations Management area (restaurant back office)
Resolving incidents while working with Dynamics AX 2012 R2 in terms of merchandising processes (Vendor Settlement, Customer Settlement, Organization Management, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Purchasing and Sourcing, Product Information Management), Restaurant Operations Management area
Participate in problem and change management processes
Maintain knowledge base for working in the IS and solving typical incidents and problems, preparing user manuals
Participate in projects in the area of restaurant management
What we would like:
Higher technical education in information systems
At least 2 years Dynamics AX technical support experience and/or participation in Dynamics AX implementation/development projects
Experience in supporting users of business applications, knowledge of support principles
Skill in drafting documents: design of system modifications, testing scenarios, descriptions of business processes, user manuals will be your advantage
Theoretical/practical knowledge of MS SQL databases, SQL query building skills will be an advantage for you
Exposure to restaurant business processes will be an advantage
Ability to work in a team, active lifestyle. Willingness to learn quickly, hard work, diligence, commitment, responsibility, literacy, neatness, attentiveness.
