Our ITSM Software client is expanding and as such, we are looking for a dedicated B2B Marketing Executive to conduct insightful market research
To establish a communications and marketing strategy that will effectively reach and engage the target audience.
The main emphasis of this role will be to seek new opportunities to enhance brand awareness and industry profile, helping to create content for advertising campaigns on social media in order to help the marketing team to promote software products and services to prospective and existing customers in the most cost effective and productive manner possible.
To be successful, you should keep abreast of the latest SEO techniques and be a creative and analytical thinker.
Responsibilities
Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy, as well as using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
Develop original and creative content of marketing campaigns including blogs, mailshot campaigns, articles, product descriptions, social media and additions and amendments to the company website, in a way that captures the attention of the target audience. Proof reading and editing content is also key.
Identify customer needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
Plan and coordinate attendance and speaker slots at industry events, ensuring all editorial and advertisements are actioned, as well as marketing around these events.
Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
Manage and allocate budget correctly
Qualifications/ Skills, Abilities & Attributes
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, Journalism or related field would be preferable
2 - 3 years of relevant experience
Must possess excellent writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to be analytical, on time and naturally creative
Strong ability to focus on customer/market and able to take initiative
Experience with social media
Must possess excellent planning and organisational capabilities, be able to successfully manage resources and have the ability to prioritise workloads, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Proven content writing or copywriting skills (a portfolio of published articles would be advantageous)
Working knowledge of content management systems
Proven experience in analysing and clearly documenting results of market research and competitor informations.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
