Responsibilities:

• Preparing the bar for work, keeping the work area clean during the shift and at the end of the day;
• Serving guests at a high level;
• Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with the menu;
• Professional preparation of coffee and coffee drinks;
• Observance of the rules of internal order.

Requirements:

• Experience of 1 year or more in a similar position in a restaurant;
• Experience in premium restaurants will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of basic beverage blending techniques;
• Knowledge of basic alcohol production;
• Knowledge of Latte Art;
• Experience with professional equipment.
