We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tableau Developer to join our Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in building insightful, scalable dashboards and a strong background in data visualization, ETL, and marketing analytics. This role requires expertise in Tableau, Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Looker), and experience working with marketing and business intelligence data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for marketing and business use cases

• Collaborate with marketing scientists, stakeholders, and data engineers to translate requirements into effective visualizations

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources using Pentaho Data Integration (PDI)

• Develop and maintain scalable data models in Tableau and Google BigQuery

• Integrate advanced analytics capabilities with Google Vertex AI where applicable

• Analyze campaign performance data (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and deliver actionable insights

• Optimize dashboard performance for speed, accuracy, and scalability

• Document dashboards, data flows, and processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistency

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or related field (Master’s a plus)

• 5+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer with a strong portfolio of impactful dashboards

• Expert-level proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server

• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Looker) and Pentaho Data Integration

• Proven exposure to marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and campaign performance analysis

• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

• Industry experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare (preferred, not required)
