Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Handling cardboard materials and production of cardboard packaging;
• Carrying out production tasks, following instructions and orders related to work or related tasks received from the foreman;
• Working on BOBST 102 CER IIIb, BOBST 130 SER, BOBST SPANTERA 106 LER;
• Observance of safety rules, instructions for operating the devices;
• Reporting on the results of work, the use of working time and downtime according to the general procedure;
• Cleaning the machine, workplace and tools from dust, removing cardboard debris;
• Notifying shift supervisor of any problems in the production cycle (with equipment, materials, etc.) and suggestions for process improvement;
• Responsible for the implementation and operation of ISO quality and environmental systems within their area of responsibility;
• Actively participate in projects to improve key plant processes.

Requirements:

• Experience as a die-cutting press operator (BOBST 102 CER IIIb, 130 SER and SPANTERA 106 LER models preferred);
• Ability to use production software (e.g., Pecas), tooling, materials, tools and other aids;
• Knowledge of device operation and safety manuals, as well as quality rules for cardboard products;
• Willingness to relocate to Estonia (Tallinn);
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, punctuality, sense of duty and responsibility.
