PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

•  Responsible for branch productivity.
•  Adherence to process, disbursement Collection etc.
•  Should have potential to take the initiative in building a growing customer base.
•  Responsible for recruitment of relationship managers for particular branches.
•  Responsible for managing Profit and loss of a branch and ensuring profitability of strategic SBU.
•  Experience in DSA sourcing / Open Market Sourcing

DESIRED SKILLS:

•  A graduate / P.G in any discipline.
•  Minimum 4 to 5 year of experience LAP / Business loan.
•  Must have team handling Experience
