Key Responsibilities: 

• Gather and document all the requirements, including form layout, fields, and workflows.
• Support technical and creative teams by analysing business problems to design and document solutions.
• Work with ServiceNow Application Architect and development team to determine the best technical solution for the requirements being gathered.
• Gathering core configuration requirements and translate these into design model.
• Manage the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers.
• Perform business analyst activities related to the continued growth of the ServiceNow platform which includes the deployment of additional modules.

Required skills: 

• Hands on experience working with ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and any other module like ITBM, ITOM, Custom App, now platform features.
• Sound knowledge on agile methodology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in handling stakeholders where you establish and communicate the project mission and objectives.
