Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing customer business requirements
• Designing a scheme of business process
• Approval of the ready scheme with all participants of the process.
• Description of TOR, User Story (as required) and transfer to the development team for process integration with the IS.
• Take direct part in the testing process. Described test cases, analyzed test protocols.
• Created User Instructions (as needed).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Experience in software development projects and delivery methodologies.
• Experience collecting, analyzing and documenting requirements.
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques (use cases / user stories and acceptance criteria / process modeling
• Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.
• Experience with data analysis
• High level of English (B2<)
• Experience working with virtual teams from different regions.
