IndustryBusiness Analyst
Responsibilities:
Problem analysis, formation of proposals to optimize business processes;
Analysis and standardization of current customer service business processes for financial services of the company;
Collection and description of business requirements for improvements to existing processes, formation of process flowcharts AS/TO BE;
Standardization and description of methodology on current customer service business processes and related processes.
Requirements:
Relevant experience as a business analyst or methodologist in customer service departments from 2 years
Proficient user of Ms Office and Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence)
Knowledge of methodologies and notations of business processes modeling, flowcharting (the ability to model processes in BPMN notation is an advantage)
Ability to build a partnership dialogue with colleagues;
Experience with databases will be a plus.
