Antal International is looking for an enthusiastic Busyness Analyst in Iasi to be part of a great Technology Solutions company.

The suitable candidate will work within the “Project Resourcing & Delivery” function that delivers services to clients through software project implementations via web, mobile and platform applications through desktop, tablet and mobile. This team also interacts with other functions for software engineering, platforms and support teams.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers
• Working with other team members (Solution Architects, etc)
• Execute gap analysis
• Execute Data analysis
• Lead project teams
• Creation of workflow diagrams
• Break down of business functions into development tasks
• Support the development teams during implementation
• Supporting testers
• Planning with development team colleagues
• Liaise with team members and team leaders
• Ensure high standards of customer engagement
• Expected to complete work-related training and learning

• Strong Interpersonal skills with ability to support and communicate with users on all levels;
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills;
• Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated;

Minimum Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Experience leading meetings \ workshops
• Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders

Highly Desirable Skills:

• Microsoft Visio or equivalent
• Some experience dealing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform

Other Desirable Skills:

• Generate of Mock-ups
• HTML / CSS
• SQL (T-SQL or Oracle syntax concepts)
• Azure / Cloud concepts Knowledge
• JIRA / Azure DevOps
• Some knowledge of software engineering

• Salary - Commensurate to experience (1700 € - 2200 €) + performance-based bonus.
