Responsibilities:

• Building and optimizing interaction - internal (between departments) and external (with counterparties)
• Optimization of business processes (collection of information, description, analysis, recommendations on changes, formalization, regulation, enforcement)
• Management of internal and external projects on changes and automation of business processes, expertise in business processes
• Creating a complete map of business processes (AS IS)
• Creating regulations of key business processes in the organization
• Creating a functional responsibility map of employees
• Creation of regulations on the subdivisions of the organization, job descriptions of employees
