Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Keeping a calendar of meetings, organising teleconferences, videoconferences, preparing speeches and addresses;
- Translating and preparing presentations, articles;
- Organisation of business and personal travel, visa and immigration support, financial reporting;
- Administrative support for all business processes in which the manager is involved;
- Gathering, analyzing and structuring information materials for the manager and office staff;
- Organization of business events, trainings, meetings, team building.
Requirements:
- Higher education, competent speech.
- English - Upper-Intermediate.
- Excellent Excel, Power Point.
