Responsibilities
- New client acquisition and Key account mining
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Stay abreast of competition, industry practices and opportunities in recruitment business. Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Get engaged in social media activities to attract clients and opportunities in recruitment business
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 2+ years in sales industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Analytical – Should be able to understand a critical search in a systematic way & proactively identify & anticipate obstacles & provide logical solutions.
- CRM experience is preferred
