Responsibilities:

• Market analysis, competitor activity based on various sources, as well as through quarterly visits with field staff;
• Forecasting the prospects for the market segments according to the portfolio strategy of the Company;
• Evaluation of markets for product search;
• Development of business plans for the evaluation of new product prospects, strategic and tactical brand promotion;
• Formation of P&L for new products, formation of marketing, commercial and medical budget for 5 years.

Requirements:

• Higher education, preferably medical.
• Additional training (economics, strategic management, project management)
• Fluent English
• At least 3 years experience in a similar position;
• Skills to work with large amounts of information;
• Good communication and presentation skills.
