Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop B2B channel mining, energy and other industry and mining sectors;
- Building and managing a B2B distribution network (partner negotiations, support). Finding new partners and customers;
- Dedicated B2B sales team management on the basis of distributors;
- Developing the company's development strategy for the B2B sector. Preparation of a long-term business development plan;
- Managing marketing investments in the assigned territory;
- Ensuring targeted use of financial resources allocated to the region;
- Conducting resource tests. Contact with independent laboratories.
- Ensure the implementation of advertising campaigns to promote goods (services, works) in the region, organizes the presentation of goods (services, works) at specialized exhibitions, fairs.
Requirements:
- Higher technical or engineering education and additional training in management and marketing;
- Experience in building and managing a distribution network of 3 or more years in the B2B channel and other industry and mining sectors;
- Experience in sourcing and managing end customers from 3 years in B2B channel mining and other industry and mining sectors;
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals (marketing concept, marketing management fundamentals, market research methods and directions);
- Experience developing business plans and commercial terms of agreements, contracts;
- Purposeful with a high degree of responsibility, result-oriented;
- English Intermediate or above.
