Title- Business Development Manager International

Location- India

Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth in international markets by building strategic partnerships.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities in dialysis space to identify potential international partners aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Engage in effective communication to convey the value proposition of partnerships and collaboration with Company.
• Cultivate strong relationships with potential partners, including industry leaders, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
• Structure and finalize partnership agreements, addressing legal, financial, and operational considerations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including supply chain, marketing, legal, and operations, to align partnership strategies with overall business goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
• Drive initiatives to enter new markets and expand the company's international presence through strategic partnerships.
• Build and lead a high-performing international business development team and establish clear performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requisite Skills:

• MBA in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience.
• Proven track record in international business development, with a focus on establishing and managing successful business partnerships.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.
• Good data handling & analyzing capability.
