Job: Business Development Manager – F&B

Location: Amman - Jordan 

Industry: Food & Beverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies for restaurant brands.

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.

• Oversee sales performance, cost control, and operational improvements.

• Work closely with restaurant managers to enhance customer experience.

• Lead promotional activities, branding initiatives, and new product launches.

• Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform decisions.

• Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and business evaluations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development within F&B or hospitality.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Deep knowledge of the Jordanian F&B market.

• Ability to analyze financial data and operational KPIs.

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
