Position: Business Development Manager + Project Lead

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented professional to lead retail store expansions. If you have a knack for identifying prime store locations, driving customer inflow, and managing store openings from start to finish, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning and identifying potential store locations
• End-to-end project management for new store openings
•  Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors

• Lead the end-to-end process of opening new retail stores, from location scouting to interior setup.
• Collaborate with real estate professionals and internal retail teams to ensure successful store launches.
• Develop strategies to achieve expansion goals and conduct market research for optimal site selection.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination to meet quality and operational standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
• Requirements: Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or Project Management, 5-6 years of retail experience.
• Preferred: PMP or PRINCE2 certification or any Certification in project Management.
