Experience and Education:
- Must be an Engineer / Engineer + MBA
- The candidate should have a full cycle experience in developing and growing digital venture(s) / business units.
- Demonstrated experience in transactional digital marketing, digital/web/app product management.
- Deeply analytical and data oriented.
- Experience of managing a team
- Experience of managing a P&L
- Demonstrated expertise in creating winning B2C or B2B digital combination bringing platform and consumer product experiences to market with history of iteration and innovation and increased adoption of product
- Overall experience of 8-12 years with a minimum of 4 years of experience in purely digital/online companies / SBUs
Good to have
1) Knowledge of lending industry will be a great advantage
2) Graduation from premium colleges and Post-graduation from top colleges would be a plus.
3) Experience of working in startup will be a plus
4) Flexibility, comfort with ever changing business requirements
5) Demonstrated experience of growing faster than competitors
Role deliverables:
1) Manage P&L for the entire online business for the organization. Scale up and growth as per the targets. Targets include topline, bottom line and strategic value adds as required by the company
2) Digital Marketing for effective qualified lead creation. Manage marketing channels and cost strategically, scale ‘non-paid’ channels, improve conversion, develop affiliate marketing a. Lead generation includes full cycle of lead generation, lead nurturing till closure. b. Innovate to reduce lead closure process
3) Web Product management to Customize / automate customer journeys to improve conversion, customer convenience and collect more data for underwriting
4) Financial product management to develop, launch and evolve digital loan products
5) Business Development to manage and develop partnerships for sourcing and other strategic initiatives
