Position Purpose
• Lead consumer-based Pricing & Promo strategy using AI / Big Data in combination with classic approaches
• Lead research & analytical support for Special channels: Drive-through, Delivery, Digital
Responsibilities:
• Pricing: drive consumer-based pricing strategy, linking to portfolio strategy
• Promo: co-develop national/channel/segment specific promo strategy, combining consumer appeal, portfolio strategy & financial efficiency
• Set-up consumer angle analytics within the newly launched CRM, integrate into the main business assessment stream
• Delivery, Digital, Drive-through: full ownership of research & basic analytics of those pillar, incl. U&A studies, launch pre & post tests
• Managing 1 specialist
Ideal Candidate
Education: Federal University, degree in Sociology/Economy/Analytics/Math
Language skills: Russian native, English –fluent
Professional Experience:
• Experience in both consumer insights & business insights: consumer & market analysis, sales analytics, pricing, CRM analytics etc.
• Knowledge of key marketing research techniques & methodologies, incl. regression modeling, conjoints
• Previous positions: business insights or consumer insights manager (retail or other customer facing industry with research and strategy in scope)
