Job Description:
Designation: Business Manager/Regional Business Manager (Injectable Business Unit)
Location: Kolkata
Segment: Aesthetics & Dermatology (High preference to Injectable field)
Job responsibilities: -
- Responsible for Business development & budget achievement in assigned region. Develop new territory for Aesthetic business & own account list.
- Explored opportunities for in untapped market
- Responsible for budget achievements.
- Manage Key opinion leader’s and higher authorities
- Distributor & stock management and keep in-market outstanding under check.
- Ensuring 100% implementation of marketing strategies and Brand development / enhancement / awareness activities with his/her team.
- Proving/creating market data through analysis.
- Responsible for planning and executing training of doctors.
- Continuous coaching and training (Skill development) of the team.
Education and Qualification: Science graduate
Experience: Minimum 5 years.
Skills: Highly presentable, Excellent communication skills, team player with high performance track record
