Business Partner Digital Service
Your tasks
You will be responsible for controlling, advising and coordinating IT and process inquiries from the Group Divisions in the overall context of service development.
You will advise and support the Global Process Owner (GPO) or key player in the evaluation, further development and optimization of business processes.
You prioritize and implement the requirements in global service processes in close coordination with the Global Product Owner and the responsible Service Excellence Team.
You will also carry out process analyses, supervise and support the local implementation and ensure the correct system-side mapping of the defined processes together with the application managers.
To do this, you will work with the application and product manager to develop relevant business and process indicators.
You are responsible for the End2End service business cases for your respective supporting division(s) in coordination and cooperation with the business partners of the other functional areas.
You participate in the program planning and take over the project and cost control for your area of responsibility.

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or industrial engineering or business administration or a comparable qualification
Good to very good experience and knowledge of Salesforce
Experience in operational service
User knowledge in the Salesforce Service Cloud or another field service management tool
Knowledge of process mining and modern S/4 Hana technologies
Knowledge/experience with remote video collaboration
Augmented reality is an advantage
Guided maintenance is an advantage
Initial successes in harmonizing a complex application landscape are an advantage
Very good knowledge of German
Good English knowledge
