Job Description
- Collect business requirements of Commercial organisaton and transform them into a detailed change request
- Monthly invoicing support
- preparation of Merchant registery & other reports required by authorities
- preparation of the set of documents for mercahnts (settlement originals, forms originals, acts, registery reports, second hard copies of acts for merchants)
- Prepare & collect Acts of acceptance (in line with Russian accounting rules)
- Work in Diadok: uploading and downloading documentation
- Control of originals receiving
- Courier ordering for delivering document & invoices
- MC Invoicing assistance
- receive the invoices for MC from merchants and tracking the payment
- Scanning the invoices
- Sending to finance for payment
- Merchant support
- scanning the Contracts, Addendums, Invoices
- following up POSM availability & ordering; delivering to merchants
- prepare reports from DWH - ad-hoc
- Inform the requester and affected parties about the change request proactively
- assist in preparation of company documents
- communicate the planned and released changes to all system stakeholders and prepare notes
- pinpoint areas of concern or opportunities
- maintain knowledge base
- perform data quality checks on specific processes
Требования:
- Avanced English (fluent in written and spoken)
- Organised and structured
- Previous experience in Operations or Finance organisations would be a plus
- Autonomous but team player
- High school education
- From 2 years of experience within above mentioned areas
