§  Job duties

• Develop the strategy of the acquisition of the land and property
• Coordinate a cross functional team ( Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technical, Juridical, Procurement, Logistic, IT)
• Train and develop the sales team toward managing or dealing with objections, steps of sales visit,
• Oversee the segmentation of the market
• Develop the sales KPI for all the sales team, market share, revenue and customer satisfaction
• Have the responsibility of the  acquisition of land, property ,  recovery rate, building project
• Responsible for the revenue, costumer satisfaction,  product and process development
• Work on the implementation of digital process as CRM  to coordinate sales activities ( prospecting, visiting, invoicing , recovery rate, and tracking project evolution)
• Work with all stakeholders to be sure that the building projects are delivering on the time  
• Work to develop the business model or ecosystem with other partners
• Assure the coordination with the cross functional team (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technical, Juridical, Procurement, Logistic)
• Supervise market research activities, infographic, costumer value proposition
• Work closely with cross functional to implement digital process for tracking project progress on the time
• Design and develop new product toward different segments or need of customers  
• Develop the B2B and B2C market
• 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, solid background on project management, digital process, product and process development, and market research. Be able to working in a multicultural environment. Demonstrated a strong leadership. 
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related Social Sciences.
