• Alignment of controversial cases in different legal entities of the Holding in the grading system ( Hay methodology);
• Development of framework policies for all segments and legal entities of the Holding;
• Writing policies and presentations;
• Communicating with other departments within the Company;
• Salary market reviews

Expectations:

• Similar experience working in large holding structures
• Proficiency in Hay grading methodology
• Experience creating policies and procedures
• Experience with EDMS is welcome
• Knowledge of Sap or other well-automated system
• English fluency (verbal and written)
