Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Organizing turnkey budgeting and forecasting processes (coordinating and informing participants, regular interaction with finance, preparing reports, analytics to defend on scenarios, pouring scenarios into Anaplan)
- Setting up flexible forecasting on the data
- Updating budget models depending on changes in the business context
- Setting up Salary online operational control tools for a large number of users (OHR in Anaplan) in conjunction with C&BP, HR Admin, Finance and HR Systems Automation Project Team.
- Providing operational controls on the Non-Salary block. Optimizing the control process on this block.
- Organizing regular training for Anaplan managers on the Salary and Non-Salary blocks.
- Participating in and/or leading automation projects for processes, models or reporting related to the maintenance/use of Area of Responsibility master data (Org. Country, CC).
- Master data management by area of responsibility
- "Publishing" enhancements in the Anaplan system
- Building relationships with IT ERP and HR Systems Automation Project Group, ensuring backlog movement on enhancements.
- Ensuring regular monthly and quarterly reporting for finance, MB and GFG
- Optimizing and automating reporting in cooperation with colleagues from finance (RF and CIS)
- Building relationships with finance in RF and CIS.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position and industry from 3 years, in particular, having experience in building budgeting/forecasting and Salary and Non-Salary control processes from scratch or experience in rebuilding these processes.
- Knowledge of financial management basics, understanding of the main indicators of commercial organization activities.
- Knowledge of AM, RAS and tax accounting fundamentals
- Experience of development of salary and personnel expenses budgeting methodology
- Experience of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes automation
- Ability to coordinate communications with large number of stakeholders
- Stress-resistance
- Attention to details.
- Good knowledge of 1C, preferably Axapta and Anaplan.
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of English. - ability to correspond and make communication materials
- H/C - economics, finance, management.
