Job Description
Key job function – support HR in compensation & benefits related processes.
Reporting to Head of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Head of HR in yearly budget preparation for all personnel related costs
- Lead life insurance, medical insurance, and oncology insurance programs on constant basis. Lead yearly tender activities and ensure ongoing process related to employees insurance programs
- Participate in remuneration related policies design and implementation (Bonuses policy, Appreciation policy, Performance management policy)
- Participate in design of incentive programs (yearly, half-year, quarterly and other) for employees. Manage calculations of the incentive results (bonuses)
- Participate in Job descriptions design, Jobs evaluation
- Participate in Grading structure development
- Manage yearly Salary surveys
- Manage yearly employees survey
- Participate in HR related projects
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education
- From 2 years of experience in C&B preferably in international business
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced user of MS Excel
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attentive to detail
- Responsible, able to learn quickly
- Good analytical skills
- Team player
