Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Management of the commercial purchasing department;
- Creating and implementing the strategy of the functional department;
- Development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve customer focus and sales results;
- Regular tactical and strategic management of purchasing and sales performance, compliance with targets, purchasing and sales business processes including cross-functional collaboration.
- Seeking new and strategic partnerships with key-accounts;
- Improving the assortment and quality of merchandise sold to meet guest needs;
- Regular appearances at CEO/strategic panel/Board - comfort around higher management;
- Development and motivation of the functional team;
- Implementing both accepted People Management processes and leading the process of their further development together with colleagues
Requirements:
- Relevant experience from 3 years (fashion segment - MUST);
- Experience of working with international market and international procurement;
- Experience of building business processes of planning and organization of purchases;
- English - from Upper-Intermediate!
- Availability of assessment results by personal questionnaire (Belbin, Adizes, CPI);
- Availability of proven Success stories and vivid personal failures;
- Ability to work in a highly competitive environment, willingness to make quick changes and speeds and constant adjustments in the way business strategy is implemented
