Our client seeks an experienced Campus Hiring Manager to join their Human Resources team in a corporate role. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in campus recruitment methodologies and have a proven track record of hiring from engineering colleges, graduation colleges, and business schools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive campus hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent from engineering colleges, graduation colleges, and business schools.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within educational institutions to facilitate effective campus recruitment processes.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to evaluate their suitability for different roles within the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules, conduct pre-placement talks, and manage the selection process efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support to campus recruitment team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance targets.
• Prepare and present regular reports on campus recruitment activities, including metrics such as candidate pipeline, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Human Resources Management or related field (full-time program).
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in corporate campus hiring, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Proven expertise in recruiting candidates from engineering colleges, graduation colleges, and business schools.
• Strong understanding of campus recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty members, and industry professionals
• Experience in hiring 200+ candidates a year from campus drives
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Candidates from Mumbai preferred
