Job Description
A great opportunity to join as a CFO at a Luxury 5 star hotel in Nice, France

Locality: France
Main responsibilities:
- Financial Management and Control:
- Overseeing and controlling the hotel's financial operations, including budget analysis, monthly reporting, and forecasting.
- Monitoring of financial performance indicators (KPIs) and cost management.
- Support in the preparation of financial documents for audit and audit.
- Compliance with French Legislation:
- Guarantee of compliance with French fiscal, financial and labor regulations.
- Managing relationships with local legal and tax advisors.
- Management Support:
- Direct assistance to the general management in the day-to-day management of strategic operations and projects.
- Coordination between the various departments to ensure an efficient workflow.
- International Communication and Collaboration:
- Management of communication with Italian and French partners, ensuring a fluent understanding between the two languages.
- Translation and drafting of relevant documents.
- Industry:
- Implementation of financial and operational practices specific to the hospitality sector.
- Support in defining strategies to improve profitability and optimize the guest experience.
Requirements:
- Formation: Degree in Economics, Finance or Hotel Management.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role in the hotel industry.
- Language skills: Fluent French and good knowledge of the Italian language.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with hotel management software and financial analysis tools.
- Legal knowledge: In-depth knowledge of French legislation in the financial, tax and labor fields.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
