 Who We're Looking For:

✔️ Minimum 3–4 years of experience in professional kitchens
✔️ Strong background in Arabic and Mediterranean hot dishes
✔️ Experience in five-star hotels, premium restaurants, or institutional catering
✔️ Solid understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
✔️ Team-oriented, dependable, and passionate about culinary excellence
✔️ English fluency required – Arabic is a plus
